Huawei is now geared up to launch its flagship phones, which could either be called P11 or P20 at the upcoming event in Paris on March 27 for which the company has already sent media invites all over the world.
Initially, Huawei was speculated to launch new smartphones at the upcoming Barcelona trade fair, but now it seems that it would launch its new handsets at the separate event in Paris. Through Huawei trademark filings, Android Central reported the device will be launched as P20, but GSMArena reported the phone could be either P20 or P11.
A report in the first half of 2017 reported that Huawei would launch three new range of smartphones this 2018. Electra Consumer Products (an importer of Huawei phones) at a press event in Israel mentioned that Huawei the other two smartphones with codename Maya and Salina will be unveiled in the Q1 of 2018.
Renowned smartphone leakster, Evan Blass, said on his official twitter in December, “Is the next Huawei P-series going to be an imaging powerhouse? A digital artist at one of the company’s creative agencies added these ‘PCE Series’ ads to their portfolio – claiming 40MP, 3 lens rear (5x hybrid zoom) + 24MP selfie, all Leica-co-developed.”
