Renowned leakster Evan Blass has now mentioned that the upcoming HTC budget smartphone could be launched as ‘HTC Desire 12’. Last month, the low-priced smartphone the phone was leaked as ‘HTC Breeze’ whose key USP would be bezel-less display coupled with an aspect ratio of 18:9.
Blass’s latest tweet suggests that the handset would now me launched as ‘HTC Desire 12’ whose previous tweet has revealed the features and specifications of the smartphone. It is going to be the first HTC budget smartphone.
HTC’s got an upcoming 5.5″ phone, Breeze (second time as HTC codename), that’s mostly notable for pushing full screen, 18:9 aspect ratio down to entry level. Therefore specs are nothing special (Mediatek SoC, 2/16GB, 13/5MP, 2730mAh, etc), and it should be priced to reflect that.
