Honor 7S with 18:9 aspect ratio officially announced


Huawei sub-brand Honor has added a new member to its affordable series, dubbed the Honor 7S in Pakistan.

The primary attraction of the Honor 7S is the 5.45-inch FullView display with a screen resolution rated at 1,440 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio standing at 18:9 ensuring minimal bezels.

The Honor 7S is powered by 64-bit quad-core Mediatek MT6739 processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone comes equipped with 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card.

On the camera front, there is a 13-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash and PDAF, while the front camera is rated at 5-megapixel with smart LED selfie-light for brighter and better images. The smartphone gets its power from a 3,020mAh battery with Smart battery management 6.0 technology, and runs EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

The Honor 7S is home to dual SIM card slots and is topped with several connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Honor 7S comes with a price tag of PKR 14,499 (around Rs 8,500), however, there is no word on its availability in Pakistan and in India. So, stay tuned for updates.
