To throw a tough competition to Airtel, Vodafoane, and Idea Cellular’s postpaid plan, the state-owned operator BSNl has announced to launch its new postpaid plan of Rs 399. BSNL CMD Anupam Shrivastava announced the plan via its official Twitter account.
As of now, no official details have been revealed by BSNL, but only hinted that the new plan will be unleashed soon in the market. When BSNL was questioned to match the offerings of its rivals, Shrivastava said, “We are soon launching a plan in postpaid with unlimited calling @ Rs. 399.”

Currently, BSNL offers 4G in only one state Kerala and the rest of country it offers 3G. It already offers an unlimited call plan, which is priced at Rs 999 and comes with 1GB per day data quota for a validity of 181 days.
Airtel’s 399 plan provides 20GB of bundled 3G/4G data to postpaid subscribers, where Idea Cellular offers the same plan at Rs 389. Earlier, both these operators used to offer 10GB of 3G/4G data. Recently, second largest operator Vodafone has also joined the same league.
Jio offers the same plan at Rs 409, but it offers unlimited voice calls with any FUP and the added benefits include access to a wide range of apps.
