After recently unveiling the ZenFone 5 series, ASUS is now expected to include a new member in the new series, dubbed the ZenFone 5 Max which has now been spotted on Geekbench, hinting at its possible specifications.
According to the benchmark, the alleged ASUS ZenFone 5 Max has attained a single-core score of 1,518 and a multi-core score of 5,386.
The smartphone is speculated to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform, coupled with 4GB of RAM. Additionally, the smartphone with the model number ‘ASUS_X00QD’ is expected to run Android 8.0 Oreo.
While not much is known about the purported smartphone, another report hints at the iPhone X-like notch, much like the recently unveiled ZenFone 5 and the ZenFone 5z. The ZenFone 5 Max is expected to feature a full screen display rated at 5.7-inch with an aspect ratio rated at 18:9 and a full HD+ screen resolution.
The device is likely to house vertically-arranged dual cameras and a fingerprint sensor at the back. Furthermore, the ZenFone 5 Max could sport a Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
