Asus introduces new update on Zenfone Max Pro M1 with added security patch

A new software has been updated by Asus on its new smartphone Zenfone Max Pro M1 that has introduced VoLTE support for Idea, Airtel, and Vodafone.

Apart from unleashing VoLTE support, the new update has also perked up the quality of selfie sensor and improved the speed of fingerprint sensor. If your new smartphone is not notified then you have to check it manually by visiting Settings > System > System Updates and look for the FOTA (firmware over the air) update.

Earlier, the VoLTE support for this phone was only available via Reliance Jio, whereas now, Vodafone, Airtel, and Idea users can also have this support. Also, the update has fetched enhanced Android security feature for 2018.

Previously, the company has rolled out its biggest update to enable face unlocking capability to Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. The phone was launched exclusively on Flipkart with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB of RAM and Rs 12,999 for the 4GB of RAM. To compete against Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5 Pro, Asus is planning to launch another variant of 6GB with a price tag of Rs 14,999.
