To counter BSNL, Bharti Airtel, India’s largest subscriber based operator has also launched its new Rs 75 tariff plan with a validity of 28 days. Earlier, the operator has launched Rs 47 plan with a same validity period of 28 days.
BSNL and Idea cellular has also unleashed Rs 75 plan for a period of 28 days. But, the new Airtel pan will offer 300 minutes of free voice calling along with data and SMS benefits. For a period of 28 days, subscribers will get 100 free Local/National SMSs along with 1GB of 2G/3G/4G data.
Idea is offering the same service as of Airtel with same validity period, but the offer is restricted to the operator’s 4G circles only. BSNL is offering 500 free SMSs, 10GB of 3G data for a priod of 15 days. The major USP of this plan is ‘validity extension’ scheme by which subscribers can recharge with popular STVs and extend the plan validity by up to 6 months (180 days)
Although, BSNL is offering the services for a period of 15 days, but the unlimited calling and benefits don’t have any restrictions. The calling does not have any FUP limits. There is a twist because the free calling is not applicable in Delhi and Mumbai circles.
