With an aim to provide an uninterrupted user experience, Chinese company Xiaomi has unveiled a new subscription service, dubbed the Mi Bunny in India which will update the users about Xiaomi’s activities via the popular messaging app WhatsApp.
Xiaomi, in a blog post said, “At Xiaomi, we’re always striving to provide you a seamless user experience. We’ve done so by introducing innovative services such as service order status tracking, product take back & recycling program, and most recently, the smart box delivery service. Taking this vision a step further, we’re happy to introduce Xiaomi Mi Bunny – a WhatsApp based free subscription service, starting today.”
Users can get notified about latest Xiaomi news, new product launches, exciting product deals, sale reminders, notifications about MIUI weekly updates, and reminders about Mi Fan meetups. All he or she needs to do is:

- Message ‘Xiaomi’ and the users will receive a welcome message
- Message ‘Name’ and ‘City’ for event updates
Following the setup of the service, the users can text ‘Support’ to raise customer support requests and can get text ‘Stop’ to unsubscribe the service.
