Vivo V9 has been a subject to leaks and speculations for a while now. Adding to the long list of existing rumours, the latest one is straight from the horse’s mouth, in the form of leaks specs and images on Vivo’s Indian website.
The listing furthers the previous rumours and hints at the iPhone X-like notch and vertical dual cameras at the back as the main highlights of the Vivo V9.
In terms of the specs, the listing suggests that the Vivo V9 is likely to come with a 6.3-inch IPS Full HD+ display with thin bezels and a screen resolution rated at 2,280 x 1,080 pixels. The smartphone is expected to be powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM. The device could be equipped with 64GB of internal storage which comes with option to expand via a memory card.
The camera department is speculated to house dual rear cameras rated at 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel with LED flash, while the front camera could stand at 24-megapixel.
The Vivo V9 is likely to be backed by a 3,260mAh battery and run the company’s FunTouch SO 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Additionally, the Vivo V9 could be accompanied by a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and come in Pearl Black and Gold colour options.
