After Xiaomi Mi A1 and OnePlus 5T, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has now launched a limited edition Honor 7X red variant. The Honor 7X smartphone was launched by Honor back in December 2017.
The new red edition will be available via exclusively on Amazon.in, which will carry the price tag of Rs 12,999. But, nothing has been officially revealed about the availability of the product, but pre-orders of the phone is already open on the website.
Currently, Honor 7X is available in three colour variants, Blue, Black and Gold. Honor 7X will also be ‘Made in India’ in Chennai, which is done in partnership with US-based Flextronics (Flex). Honor 6X and Honor Holly 3 is already being manufactured in India.
Coming to specifications, the Honor 7X appears with dual primary camera setup and a large 18:9 aspect ratio display. Moreover, it features a 5.93-inch full HD+ resolution display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Coupled with a 4GB RAM, the phone is backed by a Kirin 659 octa-core chipset. It has an in-built storage of 64GB that can be expanded via external microSD card.
The 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel primary sensors enables customers to click portrait photos with a blurred background, and there’s also a ‘Motion picture’ mode that is similar to ‘Live Photos’ on the Apple iPhone.
The phone is powered by a 3,340mAh battery and the various connectivity front include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It operates on Android 7.0 Nougat-based EMUI 5.1.
