OnePlus 6 to feature iPhone X-like notch and QS 845 processor

OnePlus has begun featuring in the rumour mill for its next flagship, allegedly called the OnePlus 6. Now, the latest buzz hints at some of the features the forthcoming smartphone could have.

According to a report by Android Central, OnePlus’s new flagship, with the codename ‘A6000’ is likely to adopt the trending iPhone X-like notch and could be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 mobile platform.

The report further reveals the AnTuTu benchmark scores attained by the purported OnePlus 6. The smartphone has attained a score of 276510 which surpasses the score achieved by Xiaomi’s to-be-announced Mi Mix 2s. However, the benchmark scores can’t be deemed the sole declarer of the speed of a smartphone.

Additionally, it is suggested that the OnePlus 6, apart from featuring the notch is likely to come with an aspect ratio rated at 19:9 and feature a glass back.

While there is no concrete information available about the OnePlus 6, the smartphone, much like its predecessor (OnePlus 5T) could feature dual rear cameras and Face Unlock feature. It is expected to come with increased RAM/ROM variants, improved battery and camera features.

However, the aforementioned information is just a rumour and can’t be considered as a fact. The OnePlus 6 is speculated to launch in mid-2018. Therefore, stay tuned to My Mobile for further updates.
