Telecom services provider Airtel today announced that Nokia’s premium smartphones – Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 6.1 – are now available on its online store without the constraint of high put-down prices or cumbersome financing.
Customers can now upgrade to their favourite Nokia smartphone with down payments for the devices starting at just Rs 3,799 on Airtel’s digital platform. Airtel’s online store also offers instant and easy financing facility for the Nokia smartphone range with EMIs starting as low as Rs 1,499, the company said in a statement.
What’s more, the EMIs offer great value as they come with built-in postpaid plans that offer large dollops of data, unlimited calling and bundled content and more, allowing customers to enjoy a great smartphone experience, it added.
Vani Venkatesh, Chief Marketing Officer, Bharti Airtel, said, “We are pleased to introduce Nokia’s smartphone range on our digital platform and add to the range of smartphones available to customers. As India’s leading smartphone network, we are committed to innovative to make it easier for customers, in particular college students and young professionals, to own premium smartphones they always aspired for.”
Launched in October last year, Airtel’s online store offers a range of premium smartphones with affordable down payments, instant credit verification and financing, and bundled monthly plans. It is a part of Project Next – Airtel’s digital innovation program aimed at transforming customer experience across all of its services and touch points.
The telco has partnered with HDFC Bank, Federal Bank, Clix Capital and Seynse Technologies to enable the digital experience on its online store.
