Things to Know about OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus 7 pro is the latest talk-about smart phone in the market today. Its price starts from around Rs 48,999 but since it’s newly launching there are a lot of offers and discounts. Here, we have got for you the must know features both pros and cons of this new gem of OnePlus.

In design, it is a little similar to Samsung Galaxy, it has a curved glass on the back and front sandwiching an aluminium frame in the middle and it is 8.8mm slim. It is loaded with an ample RAM, 6GB,8GB and even 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. And it has a stereo speaker as the earpiece acts as a second channel for audio and gaming mode gets a new sub-mode called Fnatic mode.

It is the first phone in India with the Snapdragon 855 SoC. It also has a massive 6.67inch “Fluid AMOLED “display, the first time used in a OnePlus device, it also has  QHD+ resolution images with a pixel density of 516 ppi. The device is powered by Octa core processor paired with 6 GB of RAM. As far as the battery is concerned it has 4000 mAh, which is great for heavy phone users and gamers. And the rear camera has a 48MP + 16MP + 8MP camera CMOS sensor supporting a resolution of 8000 x 6000 Pixels and the front snapper is powered by a CMOS sensor. Other sensors include Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope. For graphical performance that can make games run smoothly, this phone has got a Adreno 640 GPU. On board storage is at 128 GB with the option to expand the memory.

But it lack some of the characteristics which everyone expects from a smartphone, it is a little heavy, 206 grams to be precise, also a little top heavy due to the three rear cameras and the pop up selfie camera, so its not easy to use single handedly and it will be even more difficult if you are used to using light phones. It has a secondary camera and the camera is good but there is no stellar. One massive downside is that there is no IP rating for water resistance and that there is no wireless charging. It has a mediocre low-light video  performance. As it lacks wireless charging and MHL support, users are questioning whether it is a budget phone or not.

But overall,it’s a good product with premium build, vivid and immersive display, powerful stereo speaker, snappy UI and app performance and a very good battery life.
