For the past couple of years, the Indian handset market is flooded with a variety of smartphones in both premium as well as budget segment. However, entry-level brands like Comio, Infocus, Tambo and iVoomi have incorporated premium and advanced features in affordable smartphones.

We have put together a list of recently launched smartphones by these brands which spot premium features like Face recognition, fingerprint sensor, bezel-less display, etc.

Comio C2 Lite

It is a dual SIM smartphone, which operates on Android 7.0 Nougat. It features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display that is further protected by M Wall glass. The various connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It is powered by a 3900mAh battery and is backed by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 chipset. Along with a 1.5GB RAM the phone has an inbuilt memory of 16GB, but it can be escalated upto 128GB via external microSD card. The photography department is furnished with a 5MP front camera coupled with a 3P lens, f/2.2 aperture, and a flash module and an 8MP primary sensor with a 4P lens. The phone is available in Metallic Grey, Royal Black, and Sunrise Gold colour variants.

Tambo TA-4

The phone appears in three colour variants; Jet Black, Champagne and Sapphire Blue colors. It features a 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM which can be increased upto 64GB through external microSD card. The Tambo TA-4 is equipped with Fingerprint sensor and Face Unlock feature foe enhanced security.

The phone flaunts a 5MP selfie sensor and an 8MP primary camera with dual LED flash. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery and fueled by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It offers full view design and5.45, 18:9 high screen IPS display with 550 nits of brightness.

Infocus Turbo 5

This hand was launched in the second half of 2017 coupled with a powerful 5000mAh battery, which is the main USP of this device. It is available in two variant; the 2GB RAM/ 16GB inbuilt storage variant is priced at Rs 6,999, while the 3 GB RAM/ 32GB inbuilt storage variant carries the price tag of Rs 7,999. It offers a 5MP selfie camera and a 13MP primary camera. It has a 5.2 inches, HD IPS display along with 720×1280 pixels and a 2.5D curved glass on top for protection. The additional features include 4G VoLTE connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and FM radio. The Infocus Turbo 5 operates on Android 7.0 Nougat and is backed by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor.

iVOOMi i2 Lite

It is a dual-SIM (nano) smartphone that is powered by a 4000mAh battery with 2A Fast Charge tech. Moreover, it features a 5.45-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) IPS Full View display coupled with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Along with a 2GB RAM, the phone is backed by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 chipset. It has a dual rear sensor; a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB with OTG support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The 16GB storage can be increased upto 128GB through additional microSD card.
