Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra The Xiaomi 17 series with both the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra feature a premium, camera-focused design, with the Ultra variant sporting a more prominent rear camera module. The Xiaomi 17 comes in black, blue, pink, and green finishes, while the Ultra model is available in black in India. Both devices are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, aimed at delivering strong gaming, multitasking, and AI capabilities. The tablets run on Xiaomi HyperOS 3 and introduce features such as split-screen layouts, refreshed lock screens, wallpapers, and customizable widgets. The Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform and includes a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera for high-quality video calls. The standard Xiaomi Pad 8 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 Mobile Platform, a 13MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera, and offers up to 256GB of storage. Xiaomi also introduced the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro, a new stylus with pressure-sensitive input and support for pinch and double-tap gestures.
