The device has a leather finish and comes in three colours - Forged Shadow Black, Sky White and Cloud Blue. It uses a three-stage shaft with uniform torque for a smoother and more precise folding experience. The hinge opens in a water-drop shape, which helps reduce screen stress. Huawei claims a 400% boost in hovering torque and twice the spindle machining accuracy. Thanks to this hinge, the MateBook Fold can stay open at various angles, from fully flat to a stable 150-degree hover, making it flexible for different use cases. The cooling system includes dual fans and a thin anti-gravity vapor chamber to keep things running smoothly.
