iQOO Pad Pro Specifications
8.8-Inch 2.3K 165Hz OLED Display
The iQOO Pad Pro features an 8.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2304 × 1440 pixels, which works out to 308 pixels per inch. The panel supports a 165Hz refresh rate for gaming and has a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3% with narrow 2.65mm black borders.
The display offers a global excitation brightness of 1,600 nits and a local peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. It also has an 8,000,000:1 contrast ratio and supports 100% of the DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. iQOO says the panel is factory-calibrated to Æ<1, supports HDR10+ content and has ZREAL ultra-high-definition certification.
For eye comfort, the tablet includes TÜV Rheinland-certified eye-care features, hardware-level low blue light, smart colour temperature adjustment and bionic brightness adaptation. Its Game Eye Protection 3.0 system includes Soothing Mode, E-Sports Mode and Anti-Glare Protection.
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Q3 Gaming Chip
The iQOO Pad Pro runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor built on a 3nm process with an Adreno 840 GPU. It is paired with iQOO’s dedicated Q3 gaming chip to handle supported gaming and graphics features.
The tablet also uses the Monster super-core engine to manage system resources and distribute computing power based on workload. This is designed to help the device handle demanding games and other intensive tasks.
Built-In Cooling Fan and Quad-Layer Cooling System
A key feature of the iQOO Pad Pro is its built-in fan, which works with passive cooling components to manage heat during demanding workloads. iQOO calls this setup the Ice Dome quad-layer air-cooling system. The active cooling system uses a 30 × 30 × 3.5mm fan that delivers up to 0.94 CFM of airflow. Dual-directional air intakes help move air through the system.
For passive cooling, the tablet uses two vapour-chamber cooling plates and high-thermal-conductivity graphite sheets. These provide a total heat-dissipation area of more than 23,000 square millimetres.
9,020mAh Battery and 66W Charging
The iQOO Pad Pro packs a 9,020mAh Blue Ocean battery based on fourth-generation silicon-carbon anode and second-generation semi-solid-state battery technologies. The battery has an energy density of 837Wh/L, and iQOO claims it can retain at least 80% of its health after 1,200 charge-discharge cycles. The tablet is also designed to operate across temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C.
It supports 66W fast charging and includes Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0 for bypass charging to reduce heat during gaming.
13MP Rear Camera and 8MP Front Camera
For photography and video calls, the iQOO Pad Pro has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
Android 17, OriginOS 7 HD and Connectivity
The iQOO Pad Pro runs Android 17 with OriginOS 7 HD. It measures 197.36 × 126.25 × 5.74mm and weighs 298 grams. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port. The Wi-Fi specification lists support for 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz bands.
The tablet also features a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button, while audio is handled by a dual-speaker setup.
iQOO Pad Pro Gaming Features
How the Q3 Chip Improves Gaming Graphics?
The iQOO Pad Pro combines its Snapdragon processor with the Q3 gaming chip and QNSS super-rendering engine to improve graphics in supported games. These technologies enable features such as 2K super-resolution, full-scene ray tracing and lossless frame interpolation.
The tablet also includes an FPS dark-area enhancement filter, which is designed to improve visibility in darker parts of a game.
500Hz Gyroscope, Touch Controls and Bypass Charging
The tablet’s display supports a multi-finger touch sampling rate of up to 500Hz and an instantaneous touch sampling rate of 5,000Hz. It also claims a response speed of less than 1 millisecond. For motion-based controls, the device includes an ultra-sensitive gyroscope with a sampling rate of up to 500Hz.
iQOO has also included multi-finger jitter suppression and edge anti-mistouch zoning. Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0 enables bypass charging, allowing power to be supplied more directly to the system during supported gaming sessions.
