Vivo S2 FE Key Features and Specifications
The vivo S2 FE comes with a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen can reach up to 2,000 nits of high brightness, making it suitable for watching videos, gaming and other media consumption. The high refresh rate should also make scrolling and animations feel smoother.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The phone also features a 3,800mm² vapour chamber designed to help manage heat during everyday use and multitasking.
For cameras, the vivo S2 FE features a square-shaped rear camera module with a dual-camera setup. It includes a 50MP Sony main sensor paired with a bokeh sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera for video calls and self-portraits.
The smartphone also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication and quick payments. For durability, it carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The phone also has a military-grade certified build.
On the software side, the vivo S2 FE runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. One of its software features is Origin Island, which displays real-time information from apps, including food delivery tracking. Origin Kit allows users to share media and cast their smartphone screen to Windows and macOS devices.
10,000mAh Battery Is the Vivo S2 FE’s Biggest Highlight
The biggest talking point of the Vivo S2 FE is its 10,000mAh battery with support for 44W wired fast charging. With this capacity, the smartphone becomes only the fourth phone launched in India to feature a battery of 10,000mAh or more. The other phones in this category currently are the Realme P4 Power, POCO X8 Power and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max.
A battery this large should give the vivo S2 FE strong endurance, particularly for users who spend a lot of time watching videos, browsing social media, gaming or using their phone throughout the day. According to the brand, the battery can deliver up to 68 hours of calling time and up to 30 hours of TikTok playback on a single charge.
The phone has set the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the Longest Electronic Product Testing Livestream, achieving an impressive duration of 32 hours and 37 minutes
Despite the large battery, Vivo has managed to keep the dimensions and weight under check. It measures 163.9×76.5×8.69mm and weighs around 225g.

Vivo S2 FE: Should You Buy It?
The vivo S2 FE is primarily aimed at buyers who want long battery life without giving up features such as an AMOLED display, a high refresh rate and strong durability.
Reasons to buy:
- 10,000mAh battery: The massive battery is the phone’s biggest advantage and should offer excellent endurance.
- Large 1.5K AMOLED display: The 6.83-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel is well suited for media consumption and gaming.
- Durability and cameras: IP68/IP69 ratings, a military-grade certified build, a 50MP Sony main camera and 32MP selfie camera make it a well-rounded option.
Reasons to skip:
- Processor is not the most powerful: The Dimensity 7300e should handle everyday use well, but buyers looking for maximum performance can find more powerful chipsets in this price segment.
- Large battery may not be the only priority: If battery endurance is not a major concern, there are competing phones that may offer a stronger focus on performance or other features at a similar price.
