OPPO is getting ready to add a new smartphone to its K series in India. The OPPO K14 Lite will officially arrive on September 16 and the company has already revealed several details about the upcoming phone ahead of the launch. OPPO today confirmed via its official social media handles and a dedicated microsite that the OPPO K14 Lite will be unveiled in India at 12 pm IST on September 16. Sharing the official launch teaser on X, OPPO’s caption read “Get ready for the new OPPO K14 Lite, bringing smooth performance and durable design, built to power through your day. Launching on 16th Sept, 12 PM, stay tuned!”

Apart from the launch date, the official teaser highlighted that K14 Lite will pack a 7,000mAh battery and 6 Years of battery life.

The teaser also confirms that the K14 Lite will come in dark brown and purple finishes. The camera section on the rear has a slightly lighter shade than the rest of the back panel. The phone appears to have two rear cameras housed in the camera section along with an LED flash.

Meanwhile, several key hardware details about the upcoming OPPO K14 Lite have already appeared on the phone’s Flipkart landing page.

The K14 Lite will have a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. OPPO has also confirmed an octa-core chipset, although the company has not officially named the processor yet. Earlier reports have suggested that the phone could use the Unisoc T7250 chipset. The phone will run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. OPPO has confirmed that the battery is designed to retain its performance for up to six years.

The OPPO K14 Lite will pack a 7,000mAh battery, while the company is also promising six years of battery life. OPPO claims the K14 Lite can deliver up to 675.13 hours of standby time on a single charge. It is also rated to provide up to 26.84 hours of video playback.

The smartphone will feature 4GB of RAM with virtual RAM support allowing it to offer up to 8GB of total memory. At the back, there will be a 13-megapixel camera, while the overall build will carry an IP64 rating.

Some reports have suggested that K14 Lite could share much of its hardware with the OPPO A6c 4G. The latter was launched in May 2026 at a starting price of Rs. 13,999 for its 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant.
