OPPO has quietly listed the OPPO A7 Pro on its China website ahead of its planned retail availability. The smartphone has appeared with its complete specifications, pricing and colour options. The company had previously confirmed that the phone would go on sale in China on September 11. OPPO A7 Pro is offering an 8,000mAh battery along with a 120Hz OLED display and a 50-megapixel main camera. The launch comes after OPPO unveiled the A7 Pro Max in China in August with a larger 10,000mAh battery. Anyhow, here’s what you need to know about the new A7 Pro.
OPPO A7 Pro – Price and Availability in China
OPPO has already confirmed that sales for the OPPO A7 Pro in China will begin on September 11.
The smartphone is being offered in two memory configurations. The base model with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at 2,199 Yuan (approximately $330). The higher 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant costs 2,499 Yuan (approximately $370).

The smartphone will be available in three colour options named Riding the Waves, Every Step Blossoms and Desert Brown.
Meanwhile, OPPO has not yet confirmed whether the Chinese A7 Pro will be released internationally with the same name. Interestingly, the global model number CPH2931 has received approval from India’s BIS authority as well. This has led to speculation that the phone could launch in India under the OPPO F35 branding. Model number CPH2931 has also already received certifications from several other markets including Thailand’s NBTC, Malaysia’s SIRIM and the UAE’s TDRA.
OPPO A7 Pro – Key Specifications
The OPPO A7 Pro comes with a 6.57-inch flexible OLED screen offering a 2,372 x 1,080-pixel resolution. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate along with 10-bit colour depth and peak brightness of up to 1,400 nits.
Powering the A7 Pro is the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max processor, which reaches a maximum clock speed of 2.4GHz. The phone uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, while users can also expand the storage through a memory card. For cooling, OPPO has fitted a 4,300mm² VC cooling system to help control temperatures when the phone is under heavy load.

The biggest highlight of the device, however, is its 8,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. Despite carrying such a large battery, the A7 Pro is 8.8mm thick and weighs approximately 205 grams, making its size and weight relatively manageable considering the battery capacity.
On the software front, the smartphone runs ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16. OPPO has also included several AI-based security features in the software. These include scam call warnings, AI-powered face-swap detection and cross-app protection aimed at improving protection against fraud.
For photography, the rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel autofocus primary sensor with an f/1.9 aperture. An 8-megapixel camera is placed on the front for selfies and video calls. The rear cameras sit inside a horizontal pill-shaped module, which also houses the LED flash and IR remote hardware.
Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, GPS and NFC. The NFC functionality can be used for contactless payments, access cards, transportation cards and other supported NFC applications.
The OPPO A7 Pro also gets an in-display optical fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster allowing users to control compatible household appliances. OPPO has added a 300% super-volume mode that is designed to make audio easier to hear in noisy surroundings. However, the company has not revealed whether the phone uses a single-speaker or dual-speaker setup.
In terms of durability, the handset offers IP69K protection and is also rated for IP69K, IP68 and IP66-level protection under the specified testing standards.
