Lava has added another affordable 4G smartphone to its Bold series in India. The new Lava Bold N4 Lite is aimed at budget buyers and comes with a large display, a 5,000mAh battery and Android 16 Go Edition. The phone is powered by a Unisoc 9863A chipset and includes 3GB of RAM with support for additional virtual RAM. Here’s everything you need to know about this new phone.

The Lava Bold N4 Lite will go on sale through Amazon from September 3 at 12pm IST.  The phone has a listed price of Rs 8,099 for its sole 3GB RAM and 32GB storage configuration. However, Lava has announced a special launch price of Rs 7,999.

Lava is also offering its Free Service at Home facility with the smartphone. The service provides doorstep after-sales support to customers across India.

It will be available in two colour options named Empire Gold and Ghost Silver.

Lava Bold N4 Lite – Key Specifications

The Bold N4 Lite comes with a 6.56-inch display and is powered by the Unisoc 9863A chipset. The processor is paired with 3GB of RAM, while users can get up to another 3GB through virtual RAM. Storage is limited to 32GB, but it can be expanded up to 64GB.

On the software front, the phone runs Android 16 Go Edition out of the box. Lava says the software experience is free from bloatware and the handset will receive two years of security updates.

For photography, the smartphone has an 8-megapixel AI camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W wired charging.

The Lava Bold N4 Lite features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. It also has a single speaker for audio playback and carries a MIL-STD-810H rating, adding a focus on durability for a budget smartphone.
