iQOO has expanded its smartphone lineup in China with the launch of two new models, the iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition and iQOO Z11s. While the Neo 11 Extreme Edition focuses on high-end performance and gaming, the Z11s packs a massive 10,000mAh battery and an OLED display with high refresh rate. Both smartphones run Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and come with IP-rated protection, bypass charging and several connectivity features. Here’s everything you need to know about the new launches.
iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition – Key Features
The iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition features a 6.83-inch Visionox F2 2K LTPS OLED flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen can reach 4,500 nits peak brightness and offers 2,000 nits HBM brightness. It also has a 4,000Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor and comes with iQOO’s self-developed Q2 gaming chip. It uses LPDDR5X Ultra RAM with a 9,600Mbps speed and UFS 4.1 storage
For photography, the phone has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700V primary camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel OV08F10 ultra-wide camera. On the front, it gets a 16-megapixel GC16B3 camera with a 1/3.1-inch sensor.

The Neo 11 Extreme Edition packs a 9,100mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging. It also features an 8,000mm² VC cooling system for thermal management. Other gaming-focused features include a Wi-Fi enhancement chip and a 400Hz gyroscope.
The phone runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and comes with IP69/IP68 ratings, an IR blaster, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and Bypass Charging 2.0. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC.
The smartphone measures 8.6mm in thickness in the black colour option and 8.69mm in the white and blue variants. It weighs 225 grams in black and 230 grams in the other colour options.
iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition Price
The iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition is available in China in the following configurations –
- 12GB + 256GB: ¥3,699 (around Rs 52,526)
- 16GB + 256GB: ¥4,099 (around Rs 58,206)
iQOO Z11s – Key Features

The iQOO Z11s comes with a 6.83-inch Visionox VM9 1.5K LTPS OLED flat display. The screen supports a 165Hz refresh rate with up to 5,000 nits peak brightness and 2,000 nits HBM brightness. It also supports 2,160Hz PWM dimming.
The smartphone is powered by the Dimensity 7500 Full Power Version chipset and uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
For cameras, the iQOO Z11s features a 50-megapixel GC50F6 primary camera with a 1/2.88-inch sensor. It has an 8-megapixel OV08F10 front camera for selfies and video calls.

The biggest highlight of the phone is its 10,000mAh battery, which supports 44W fast charging. Like the Neo 11 Extreme Edition, it runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6.
The Z11s carries IP69/IP68 ratings and features an IR blaster, an optical fingerprint sensor, a USB 2.0 port and Bypass Charging 2.0. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC.
The phone measures 8.59mm in thickness and weighs 225 grams.
iQOO Z11s – Price
The iQOO Z11s has been launched in China in the following configurations:
- 8GB + 128GB: ¥1,999 (around Rs 28,386)
- 8GB + 256GB: ¥2,199 (around Rs 31,226)
As of now, both the iQOO Neo 11 Extreme Edition/Ultra and iQOO Z11S have only been launched in China. There is no information yet on whether or when these smartphones will be introduced in other markets.
