According to well-known Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X300e is expected to be available in two memory configurations. The base model may offer 12GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage, while a higher-end variant could pair the same 12GB RAM with 512GB of storage.
The leak also suggests that the smartphone will be offered in three colour options named Moonlight White, Midnight Black and Sunlight Orange.
As per the tipster, the Vivo X300e is expected to launch in China between late July and August 2026. The handset is also likely to make its way to global markets shortly after its debut in China.
