Vivo X500 Pro Max Spotted on IMEI Database
According to a latest exclusive report by tech blogger PassionateGeekz, the Vivo X500 Pro Max has now appeared in the IMEI database carrying the model number V2610. The listing confirms the existence of the device and suggests that Vivo may be moving closer to unveiling its next-generation flagship smartphone.

The IMEI appearance also points towards planned availability in global and Indian markets although Vivo has yet to make any official announcement regarding the device or its launch schedule.
According to recent leaks, Vivo is testing a premium display manufactured by BOE for the X500 Pro Max. The smartphone is expected to feature a large 6.85-inch flat panel with 2K resolution and ultra-narrow bezels.
The display is also said to utilise advanced LIPO packaging technology, which could help reduce border thickness around the screen. Moreover, the panel is tipped to offer a 144Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals and high-frequency PWM dimming to improve eye comfort during extended usage.
Under the hood, the Vivo X500 Pro Max is rumoured to be powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9600 Pro processor. The next-generation chipset is expected to deliver flagship-grade performance across gaming, multitasking, artificial intelligence features, and camera processing.
One of the biggest rumoured upgrades for the Vivo X500 Pro Max is its battery capacity. Reports suggest that Vivo is testing an 8000mAh-class battery for the flagship.
If accurate, the device could become one of the few premium flagship smartphones on the market to offer such a large battery.
Vivo is expected to continue its strong focus on smartphone photography with the X500 Pro Max. Leaks suggest the device will feature a triple-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera equipped with LOFIC technology, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
The LOFIC sensor technology is designed to improve dynamic range and help reduce overexposure in bright environments, while also enhancing overall image quality. The camera system is also expected to bring improvements to HDR performance, dynamic range, zoom photography, and low-light imaging.
Expected Launch Timeline
Vivo has not officially confirmed a launch date yet. But industry reports suggest that the Vivo X500 series could debut in China later this year before making its way to international markets.
The Vivo X500 lineup is expected to include three models named the Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max. Among these, the Pro Max variant is tipped to be the most powerful flagship Vivo has ever introduced. It is expected to be a combination of a massive battery, high-refresh-rate 2K display, advanced camera hardware and next-generation chipset.
