Oppo is expected to unveil its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, in the coming weeks. While the official launch is yet to take place, a latest leak has now shared real-life images of the smartphone. The leaked image offers a closer look at the design of the handset.

In Innogyan’s latest report, a leaked image shows the rear panel of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra with a large circular camera module. The design appears similar to the camera layout seen on the Oppo Find X8 Ultra, though the camera bump on the upcoming model looks noticeably thicker.

The module appears to house four camera sensors, indicating that the device will likely retain a quad-camera setup similar to its predecessor.

Meanwhile, a famous tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo recently shared some key details about the handset. According to the leak, the primary camera on the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to use a 200-megapixel Sony LYTIA 901 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). The sensor is said to measure 1/1.12 inches. The smartphone may also feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera using Samsung’s JN5 sensor.

In addition, the device may include two periscope cameras. One of them is expected to be a 200-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom powered by the OmniVision OV52A sensor. The other could be a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera offering up to 10x optical zoom.

The camera system may also include a 3.2-megapixel “Danxia” colour restoration sensor. For selfies, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus.

The device is tipped to sport a 6.82-inch flat OLED display with a 2K resolution. The panel is also expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate.

Apart from the above details, Oppo Find X9 Ultra is rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. On the software side, the device could run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

The smartphone is expected to be backed by a 7,050mAh battery. While this is slightly smaller than the 7,500mAh battery reportedly used in the Pro model, it is still larger than the 6,100mAh battery found in the Oppo Find X8 Ultra. The device is also expected to support 80W wired charging along with 50W wireless charging.

The leak also hints at a special “Master Kit” configuration of the smartphone. This variant could feature 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage and may include unique design elements. However, the leak does not reveal further details about what these design changes might include.
