The Reno14 retains the same 6.59-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate from the Reno13. It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC, with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

The big upgrade here is the camera. The Reno14 now comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP telephoto lens, a 50MP main sensor, and an 8MP ultrawide. On the front, you get a 50MP selfie camera.

It’s backed by a 6,000mAh battery, also an upgrade from before, with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging.

The Reno14 Pro is where most of the upgrades lie. It features the new MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor, built for performance and power efficiency using an ‘All-Big’ core setup. It packs 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

The display is a slightly larger 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED, and the battery is a 6,200mAh unit with support for 80W wired and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging.

Camera-wise, the Reno14 Pro gets the same 50MP telephoto and 50MP main camera, but upgrades the ultrawide sensor to a larger 50MP unit. It’s also the first smartphone to feature a dedicated focus flash for the telephoto lens, designed to improve low-light zoom shots with soft lighting.

OPPO Reno14 Series – Software and AI Features

Both phones run Android 15 with ColorOS 15 and are packed with AI features. These include tools like Object Eraser, Best Face, Perfect Shot, and Reflection Remover for editing photos, along with AI Summary for condensing long texts and AI Writer for creating content.

They also support Google Gemini for voice assistance and a feature called AI Mind Space, where you can organise saved content like articles, images, and meeting notes. For better connectivity, there’s AI LinkBoost 3.0, which improves network performance by switching to faster, more stable connections in real time.

OPPO Reno14 Series – Design and Durability

Both phones share the same look and feel. The back is finished in OPPO’s Velvet Glass, which is smooth, resists fingerprints and scratches, and looks premium.

You also get Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection and triple IP ratings (IP66, IP68, and IP69) for water and dust resistance.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 processor. It comes with 5MP cameras on both the front and back, making it suitable for video calls and basic photography.

There’s also a 9340mAh battery that supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging and offers up to 11 hours of video playback on a full charge.
